At Ferro Concepts, we stand behind the quality of our gear and offer a 30-day return window for items in original, unused condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain tactical equipment and final sale items may be ineligible for return due to safety and hygiene standards.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all modular components and documentation are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your gear for signs of wear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
